SVSmockup

The Sweet Virginia Series is a brewer’s choice beer creation program. Each month a different brewery employee is able to design a beer, make a recipe, and help bring it to market. Those following the Sweet Virginia Series have to act fast in order to sample each edition – only 8 1/2 barrels are produced of each edition.

Monocarbon Dioxide produces a bittering effect that helps to balance the roasted malt. We threw in some Saaz hops to provide a touch of spice.
