Consider for a moment… the mango. The vibrant yellow color, the juiciness, the gentle tartness. And like any good fruit stand, this mango beer comes with a bit of chili pepper on top. Brewed with Berkeley Galactic yeast which adds a touch of sour to pair with the sweet mango puree and Guajillo, Arbol, and Pasilla peppers.
