Idaho, we really do consider you to be part of the Great Pacific Northwest. The mountains, the rivers, the salmon, and the sometimes uncomfortable but ultimately committed union of agriculture and culture-culture that make this region mildly problematic but also lovable. And what better way to pay tribute to the symbolic marriage of our two great states of Oregon and Idaho… than beer.
Fort Boise began as a dream in 2022. Version 2.0 is a Hazy IPA – another great collaboration between Fort George and the Boise Co-Op, made from Idaho-sourced ingredients, with Idaho in mind, in the great state of Oregon.
