Fresh IPA is a yearly release featuring a fresh hop variety from the late summer harvest. In 2021, the brewery chose Simcoes from Coleman Agriculture. Fresh IPA utilizes a concise malt bill to focus your attention on those freshly gathered Northwest hops. Simcoes pack citrus, grapefruit, and stone fruit flavors & aromas into the beer.
