Brewer's Notes
In 2021, we released a very limited run of Hold the Pickle 500ml Bottles. Then, in 2022 brewed Stuck in a Pickle – a draft-only Pickle Sour. Both of these pickle beers were uncomfortably popular. So here we are – brewing a big ol’ batch of PICKLE BEER that’s a perfect union of our last two pickle projects.
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh, Berliner Blend
Malts: Rahr Pils, GW Premium 2Row, White Wheat, C-15
Other: Dill Pickle Powder
Yeast: London ESB II
