Back in the olden times, it would have taken a covered wagon nearly a month to get from Astoria to the green and fertile land of Boise, Idaho. We’d pack 30 days of picnics, a bunch of rabbit traps and all the beer our oxen could carry but we’d still probably end up arriving half-starved and covered in dust with a few broken wheels and at least one life-threatening disease. Nowadays we can make the journey in about 8 hours with minimal rabbit traps. Oh how the times have changed.
Interstate Combine Party is a perfectly pale lager with a dry, brisk, faintly savory finish and the light, sweet aroma of Idaho’s finest grain. An ode to Idaho, a celebration of our relative proximity and our dependence on safe and conscious agricultural practices.
It’s a Salmon Safe Pale Lager in collaboration with Boise’s Woodland Empire using all Idaho ingredients from LINC & Cold Stream Malt.
