Matryoshka 2026 was barrel-aged in a blend of Basil Hayden whiskey barrels, Bernheim Wheated Whiskey barrels, Freeland Bourbon pinot noir–conditioned barrels, Russel’s Reserve whiskey barrels, Westland Whiskey barrels, and a blend of 12 to 48-month stout conditioned in Westward Whiskey barrels.
The Matryoshka Series is perfectly, lovingly crafted to fulfill our most perfect stout dreams. Smaller and smaller variations emerge from the mother batch, conditioned on complementary ingredients, creating a family of variants.
Matryoshka 2026’s descendant variants will release Sunday, February 15th, 2026 at THE AFTERMATH.
