This one is for our one and only true love, peaches. A mixed culture saison aged for two years in the finest oak barrels and conditioned on peaches – 2 pounds per barrel – that’s a lot of peaches.
We’ve tirelessly tended and monitored the fermentation and conditioning of this terrifically peachy beer for over two years, serenading the delicate yeasts with a sweet song of comfort and encouragement.
