This fall, we collaborated on a beer with Ruse Brewing in Portland featuring fresh Strata, and loads of Simcoe and Citra in the dry hop. Now the seasons have changed, the daylight hours are dwindling, and the dark, low skies of the north coast are filled with the probability of precipitation. So we brewed up our own batch of Sediments of Memory – utilizing our finest, warmest summer memories and a patented memory extractor which we purchased on the secondary market last year.
Sediments of Memory is a fruity, full, barely bitter peach-colored Hazy IPA with a slightly sweet jelly bean finish. Brewed at Fort George with over 150 pounds of Simcoe, Strata and Citra hops and about 60 pounds of memories.
Sediments of Memory is available for a limited time at the Pub, and around the PNW this Winter.
Hops: Citra, Strata, Simcoe
