JUICY, HAZY, HOPPY
Space Elevator was dry-hopped on day one, as the beer was tethered to the fermentation vessel. When the Juice yeast had lifted it to its destination and final gravity was achieved, the beer was dry-hopped again with Strata and Comet hops. Brewer’s crystals were utilized to boost the gravity without impacting flavor or color, and maintaining the body of this ethereal hazy IPA.
Brewer's Notes
Brewed by Luke Barrett, with inspiration by Chris Nemlowill & Brad Depuyt, Space Elevator is characterized by a soft bitterness and a creamy body that is not too sweet. Pale straw in color with a fluffy white head, it has notes of citrus peel, tangerine, and grapefruit with touches of tropical fruit.
