Now Boise-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Nick Delffs first emerged in Portland’s early aughts indie scene with his high-energy indie rock band The Shaky Hands. After signing with Kill Rock Stars, they toured with The Shins and The Meat Puppets.These days, Delffs’ music has taken on a whole new layer of wisdom, yet his introspective lyrics and stellar melodic sensibilities remain. Produced by Eli Moore of fellow Pacific Northwest staples LAKE (K Records). They also have long featured as Karl Blau’s go-to backing band.
