Unfortunately, the darkest stout festival in the world is going dark for 2021.

If you have been to a Festival of Dark Arts, you know it must be experienced to be believed. 3000 of the liveliest stout fans packed onto one city block, overflowing with dark art, darker entertainment, and the darkest collection of beers ever assembled at a single event. For those of you who have never attended, you will have to wait until 2022, because the Festival of Dark Arts experience cannot be replicated virtually. Let it be known, the “Best Oregon Beer Festival” as voted by the Willamette Week Oregon Beer Awards in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 WILL be back. But it won’t be in 2021.

First access to Matryoshka 2021 variants 

This year, you will be able to experience Matryoshka World from the comfort of your own home. Fort George is pulling out some of the tastiest variants for pre-order and available for pickup or delivery the first week of February. Reserve a limited mixed-Matryoshka case that will include the 2021 variants and a limited edition Matryoshka tasing glass.

The 2021 Matryoshka variants were aged in Westward Whiskey barrels and Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels.

LOVELL AUTO CO. pre-order customers will have the option to pick up their order at the Fort George Lovell Taproom during a week exclusive re-opening of the space that will be reserved for pre-order customers. Lovell Auto CO. members can also have their orders shipped to their door.
