Oregon Brewers Festival

Look out for Fort George’s exclusive beer at the Oregon Brewers Festival July 24-28th in Portland!

“Hop Contract” was made especially for the festival to demonstrate the potential of our well balanced contracted hops. First, the beer enjoys the benefits of our unique slow sand-filtered coast range water. Our neutral NW Ale yeast allows you to appreciate the taste of the organic two-row malted barley and honey malts that provide the beautiful copper color and balancing flavor to the hops. Cascade hops provide the bitterness and add citrusy notes that stir your senses, while the Simcoe and Centennial hops supply the hop flavor and aroma that will leave you wanting more.
