When we were dreaming up a recipe for Zupan’s Farm to Market Summer IPA – we dreamed of the perfect picnic basket full of ripe, soft fruit. That’s because the nicest thing to do when you’re in Portland is to load up a picnic basket at a quality grocery store and then get out of Portland. Tangerines, apricots, honeydew melon, with a bright wisp of jasmine and honey. Luscious, verdant, relaxing but also… available on the shelf at a grocery store (and our Pubs.)
