Idaho, we really do consider you to be part of the Great Pacific Northwest. The mountains, the rivers, the salmon, the sometimes uncomfortable but ultimately committed marriage of agriculture and culture-culture that makes this region mildly problematic but very lovable. And what better way to pay tribute to the symbolic marriage of our two great states of Oregon and Idaho… than beer. Fort Boise is a West Coast IPA – a collaboration between Fort George and the Boise Co-Op, made from Idaho-sourced ingredients, with Idaho in mind, in the great state of Oregon.
