Brewed in collaboration with Sig Brewing from Tacoma,WA.
This beer was originally brewed to be released for Sig’s opening at the beginning of Spring 2020.
Brewed for coal miners along the French border in the Hainaut Province of Belgium, the Grisette
style is a cousin to the Saison and is intended to be a refreshing and crisp all day drinker. Our
version incorporates some lemongrass and lemon peel to lend a bright citrus character.
Conditioned with brettanomyces to dry it out and create some funky complexity.
