Kings and Daughters is a new family brewery in Hood River, Oregon. We’re so similar in our hearts (Go river town! Go family brewery! Go unique aesthetic!), but our beers are quite different.
When Kings and Daughters agreed to join us in our quest to make great beer (and great beer names) out of Phantasm, we came up with a smooth, sessionable, Soft IPA (their specialty), leaning on Phantasm, a fancy aroma-boosting powder made from NZ Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and a thiol boosting yeast, Omega’s Cosmic Punch, for Fort George’s signature hop bouquet. The result is cool: smooth, juicy, fruity… but respectable. Just as we’d hoped.
