This form is used to gather anticipated information about your beer.

  • The beer, the anticipated aroma/flavor/finish, the style, why?, with whom?, etc.
  • i.e. barrels, additional labor, etc.
  • Are any of the kegs saved? Is this for an event? Can the pub pour it right away or is there a special release date?
