Rock, Paper, HOP!
The Rock, Paper, Series allows us to brew limited batches that focus the recipe on one ingredient. This rotating fresh hop series showcases some of our favorite hops and hop suppliers. Each year is different, and, like a game of rock, paper, scissors, the surprise is in the big reveal. We’re playing by house rules where hops beat everything.
Keep your peepers peeled for this release around mid-September every year.
